Changed the recipe for the respawn obelisk as it conflicts with other recipe

Manually added recipes for two Adv.Generators components as there's a bug that makes those recipes not generate. the recipes are similar to the vanilla ones.

Tweaked a bit the recipes for TechReborn Solar panels. they feel too cheap and simple for what they generate, if you don't like they feel free to disable or delete panels.zs

Removed Gravestone mod, as openblocks already does it.
