Re-added the XP-Boost enchantment book though the enchanter as it stacks nicely with insight. No need to add autosmelt as smelting does the same.
tweaked a bit the induction smelter to remove some loops with the help of the rolling machine, so basically a few nerfs to prevent infinite metals.
added recipes for the cave cristals because they're way too rare and the rune effects are very pretty.
