Features
New Research: Draconic Evolution, Omega category
Research Group Change: Removed Workstations research group.
New Research Group: Added new "Special" research group. Mod Box Tinkering is only mod in it currently. Contains researches not unlocked by normal methods.
Research Group Change: Alchemy group is now the "Enhancements" research group.
Research Group Change: Vault Deck research moved to Enhancements group.
Research Change: Mod Box Tinkering is now automatically unlocked by unlocking 10 other researches.
Research Change: Soul Harvester was moved back to the Looting research group.
God Altars: Now have the God theme augments as a possible drop.
Pacifist Vial/Brew/Potion/Mixture: Recipe now accepts any small flower instead of only poppies.
Greed Cauldron: Additional items from Wolds and the Vault mod added.
Fruit Rotting: New mechanic to tamper down on fruiting multiplayer vaults. Fruits now have a chance to add "Rotting" to a vault depending on how much time they add. When 10 stacks of "Rotting" are reached, the vault gets "Rotten" added and no further fruit can be consumed. The chance to rot is decreased by your Fruit Effectiveness. You can configure some aspects of this including disabling it in the new "vault_fruits" config.
Fruit Effectiveness: Fruit effectiveness now has diminishing returns as the amount of time added approaches doubling the amount of time a fruit adds.
Vault Maps: No longer craftable in the Vault Forge. They are now obtained from the Greed Shop.
Vault Maps: No longer require crafting with a "Greedy" vault crystal. You may apply Vault Maps to modified crystals, but note you'll currently want to apply your modifications and then the Vault Map as it makes the crystal unmodifiable still.
Vault Maps: Now take crystal capacity equal to 10 * the tier of the map.
Greedy Vault Rock: No longer craftable in the Catalyst Infusion Table. No longer obtainable.
Etching Shop: Added missing gear types to the shop (Magnet, Plushie, Loot Sack) and gear now rolls with a random Etching automatically applied. These shop pedestals take Greed Coins instead of normal Vault currency.
Extended Vault Modifier: Now adds 2 minutes instead of 1.
Junk Management: Research no longer exists. Filter Necklace is now craftable and usable without the research.
Sophisticated Backpacks: All backpack/pouch items can now be dyed even if you don't have the corresponding research.
Shiny Booster Packs: Shiny cards now have separate stats from normal stat cards. Shiny cards now have a "Shiny" group.
Deck Cores: Modifier values are now additive instead of multiplicative.
New Deck Core: Sparkling, boosts the value of Shiny cards.
Premium Core: Now does not add modifier value to Deluxe cards.
Chaos Cube: Procs a random effect cloud you have instead of all effect clouds.
Concentrate: Tuned the effects given for certain effects.
Vault Filters: Added an attribute to Vault Dolls for "is a completed Vault Doll".
Enercell: No longer requires a research to craft and use.
Suspension Focus: No longer obtainable as the new Greed Node replaces its functionality.
Companion Relics: Now recycles into Companion Relic Fragments.
Companion Trails: Now recycles into Cosmic Dust.
Vault Coin Pouch: Made craftable again as it can be used to store the new Greed Coins items.
Budding Crystal: Recipe removed.
Vault God Decoration: Added slabs and stairs for all Vault God decorative blocks.
Ravager and Raker Tool Types: Removed, the Vault Mod has tool types for these now.
Player Titles: All built-in Wold's titles now have new unlocks for the new Player Customisation Station. Some aren't obtainable quite yet!
Treasure Affinity: Updated to work with the new Treasure Container from the Vault mod.
Dank Transmog Set: Now unlocked by crafting a Filter Necklace since Junk Management is no more.
Cleave Range: The modifier name was reverted to be "Cleave Range" instead of the extremely long current name. (thanks aida)
Shield Bash: Now does your Thorns Damage in AOE as well.
VH Update 21: Changes merged in from v21.1, v21.2, v21.3, and v21.4.
Fixes
Vault Coin Pouch: Now can be used to buy things from Shop Pedestal, was broken before.
Evo Lucky Hit Card: Added missing groups to this card.
Advanced Diffuser Upgrade: Fixed dupe involving this upgrade.
Nitwit Core: Now works as expected in the Card Binder menu.
Enchanted Elixir: Added missing Omega Positive vault modifier pool.
Crystal Workbench: Fixed dupe involving Effortless Building.
Vein Miner: Fixed Vein Miner and Chain Miner scaling with AOE% (thanks aida)
Extraordinary Pog Prism: Fix this recipe not being what was intended.
Channeling Tridents: Mobs killed by channeling lightning bolts should now count for Bingo tasks and other things that require kill credit. (thanks aida)
Imploding Javelin: Fix crash when you have Life Tap implode specialization.
Developer Notes
As always, the primary goal with these initial updates is just to get up to date with Vault Hunters updates, but a few new things have managed to sneak their way in! Expect changes and tweaks and more new things in the future! Since this is supposedly the last round of Vault Hunters 3rd edition updates, you'll just be stuck with me from now on! I'll be continuing on until further notice with bug fixes and new additions. Interested in contributing? I've had several incredible folks contribute over the past couple years, and I'm always open to more! You are always free to make a Pull Request on the Github repos! If you want to get in touch with me and some other developers, join the Discord and you'll find a channel for specifically that. Art, code, and idea contributions are always welcome. The pack would never be what it is without the incredible community. :)
