Wayfinder is a multiplayer modpack centered on a simple premise: a group of travelers dropped into a rebuilt, hostile world, tasked with surviving the journey back to safety.

Every biome, cave system, and mountain range receives a complete visual and structural overhaul. Sprawling ruins, forgotten strongholds, and landmark dungeons reshape the landscape, giving every region a sense of history and scale.

Progress relies on story-driven exploration. Clues, ancient relics, and environmental lore are scattered throughout the world, providing a clear overarching goal for the entire group to pursue together.

Vanilla combat encounters are completely modernized alongside the introduction of aggressive new mobs and location-specific bosses. Enemy encounters demand team coordination, specialized loadouts, and defensive tactics.

Streamlined mechanics support long-distance exploration. Features like shared waypoints, party-wide mapping, seamless loot distribution, and instant recipe lookups keep the focus directly on the expedition.
