⚔️ WarCraft: Warfare

Faction Warfare  ·  RPG  ·  Exploration  ·  Forge  ·  1.20.1

Pick a side. Claim your land. Win the war.
A vast, realistic world to explore, modern firearms to master, bosses and monsters to hunt — and rival factions ready to take everything you build.

A World Worth Fighting Over WarCraft: Warfare — Sunset over the forested highlands

Tectonic rebuilds the terrain engine from scratch: towering ridges, deep valleys, rolling hills, and rivers that carve their way through the landscape — even underground. Biomes O' Plenty and TerraBlender fill the map with new environments, and The Twilight Forest opens an entire new dimension beyond its portal. Then there's Distant Horizons — a Level-of-Detail system that pushes your view out to 256 chunks, so you can scout a rival base from the next mountain range, or spot trouble long before it reaches your walls. This is a world big enough to get lost in, and big enough for several factions to fight over.

Three shader packs run through Oculus — Complementary Reimagined, Complementary Unbound and BSL — and Dynamic Lights means the torch in your hand actually lights the cave around you. Sound Physics Remastered gives every space its own acoustics, Presence Footsteps gives every surface its own sound, and Falling Leaves and Projectile Sounds keep the battlefield alive. It doesn't just look like a war zone — it sounds like one.

Raise a Banner. Claim Your Land. WarCraft: Warfare — A masked soldier on a flowering hilltop

This is where WarCraft becomes a war. FTB Teams lets you form a faction with your friends, FTB Chunks lets you claim territory on a shared map and keep outsiders out of your base, and FTB Ranks keeps roles and permissions organised once your roster grows. FTB Essentials covers the server utilities every community needs. Then make your fortress harder to take: SecurityCraft adds keypads, security cameras, reinforced blocks and mines, while Project Red lets you wire up gates, traps and automation. Simple Voice Chat puts proximity voice in the game — coordinate with your squad, negotiate a ceasefire, or hear the enemy a moment too late. Waystones tie your territory together. The rules are simple, and there aren't many. The war is yours to start.

An Arsenal Worth Fighting For WarCraft: Warfare — Pistol in first person

At the heart of the pack is Timeless and Classics Zero — fully modelled, fully animated firearms with attachments, scopes and distinct ammunition types. The Zero Guns and Fibers' Guns packs fill the armory with pistols, SMGs, rifles, shotguns and sniper rifles. TACZ: Durability adds wear to your weapons, while TACZ Hitmarker Plus and TACZ Kill Feed give every firefight instant feedback.

WarCraft: Warfare — Sniper rifle

The pack's settings make firefights feel real: bullets shatter glass, incendiary rounds set targets alight, explosive ammunition tears blocks apart and throws enemies back, and gunfire carries up to 64 blocks — if you shoot, you will be heard. And TACZ Bandits sends armed gunmen into the world who open doors and break windows to reach you. Glass is not a wall.

WarCraft: Warfare — Looking down the scope

When the ammunition runs dry, steel takes over. Spartan Weaponry brings daggers, katanas, halberds, pikes, warhammers, longbows and crossbows. Tinkers' Construct lets you forge your own tools and weapons from modular parts. Axes Are Weapons finally makes the axe a contender, and Artifacts hides rare relics for those brave enough to find them. Craft it, upgrade it, carry it into battle.

The World Fights Back

Even when rival factions are offline, nowhere is safe. L_Ender's Cataclysm brings monstrous bosses and the lairs they guard, Mowzie's Mobs adds fearsome creatures with real combat mechanics, and Mutant Monsters twists the familiar zombies, skeletons and creepers into something far worse. The Twilight Forest hides bosses of its own, while Enemy Expansion, Creeper Overhaul, Nyf's Spiders and Villages & Pillages widen the roster of things that want you dead. Vampirism lets you go further still — become a vampire, or a vampire hunter, and grow stronger as you level. And for quieter moments, Alex's Mobs fills the wild with strange and wonderful creatures.

Ruins, Dungeons and Fortresses WarCraft: Warfare — A monumental ruin

The world is dense with things to find. The YUNG's Better series rebuilds dungeons, mineshafts, strongholds, nether fortresses, witch huts, jungle and desert temples, ocean monuments and the End island. Immersive Structures, Towns and Towers, Repurposed Structures, Structory, Dungeon Crawl and Moog's Voyager Structures scatter ruins, towns, towers and dungeons across every biome. Loot Integrations ties it all into the loot tables, and Lootr gives every player their own loot — so a dungeon your teammate cleared still holds treasure for you, and no faction can strip a ruin bare. Mark your discoveries on the FTB Chunks map, and link the best of them with Waystones.

Smooth Under Fire

A pack this big has to run. Embeddium, ModernFix, FerriteCore, ImmediatelyFast, Entity Culling and Dynamic FPS look after the client, while ServerCore, Fast Async World Save, Smooth Chunk Save, Chunk Sending and AI Improvements keep servers breathing, and AllTheLeaks hunts down memory leaks. Shaders and long-range LODs are demanding — 8 GB of RAM is the recommended allocation.

The rough edges are smoothed out too. JEI and Just Enough Resources for recipes and drops. Jade for what you're looking at. FTB Ultimine, HT's TreeChop and GravelMiner for fast gathering. Sophisticated Backpacks and Storage Drawers for inventory. GraveStone so one bad fight doesn't cost you everything. Farmer's Delight for a proper kitchen. And for moving like a soldier — ParCool! for parkour, Paragliders for gliding off cliffs and Do a Barrel Roll for the skies.
