WanderCraft is a fairly light modpack, with only 71 mods. It's designed to improve upon the vanilla experience, with gameplay based around exploring, looting structures, and building with the environment. Some of the more important mods include Quark by Vazkii, Atmospheric by paradiscal and the Minecraft Abnormals team (who's mods make up lot of in this pack) and Repurposed Structures by telepathicgrunt. It has lots of vanilla-feeling biomes, quality of life improving blocks, and adventuring utilities.
It also has a custom set of advancements to give you some prompts and quests to get you started.
