2.5.0 Hotfix and bug fix

- Infernal mob spawn rate has been modified to apply the following

> Infernal = 1 in 25

> Infernal Rare = 1 in 43

> Infernal Legendary = 1 in 115

- Wither will now always be infernal when spawned

- CarryOn config has been fixed to allow you to pick up any baby type of entity, even if it is blacklisted for pickup as an adult. 

- You can now pick up the following blocks and or entities, Cake / Hamster / Ferret / Hedgehog

- Mob head drop rates have been reduced by 1 million drop chance. So collecting heads from normal minecraft mobs and monsters is now almost impossible. Good luck

- Waystones can now spawn in any village depending on its size.
