Update mods.

• Fixes issue with Experimental Settings warnings in single player
• Fix caching issue on servers with hud compass

Updated Forge version to try and address it not loading properly in launchers. Dunno what the issue is.

Gameplay

• Allow Better Animals Plus mobs to despawn. Would eventually fill the world with only these mobs.
