Adds a new Gamerules mod to allow for use of passive mobs in the mobgriefing gamerule. This pack was designed with a server of more passive players in mind (who wanted mobgriefing disabled), but it breaks the rats mod and villagers (+ some others I cannot recall at the moment). Since vanilla mobs are realistically the only concern, this addition works perfectly fine.
