The Dreadlands

Removed Legendary Tooltips due to issues with Simply Swords. Made villages slightly, but not too much, more common. 

This is it, for this pack, I think. There's not much more work I need to do on it in order for it to serve it's purpose, and where it is now, it's in a very VERY promising state. So that's it. I know I said I was quitting this pack a few updates ago, but I'm gonna reiterate it here and mean it.

I AM ABANDONING THIS PACK AS OF RELEASE 10, 7/3/2023.
