The Dreadlands

Switched most village generation mods to be their datapack form instead of their mod form. This, along with the Repurposed Structures config, helped me tweak all of the structure spawnrates. I also added hostile villages and gave them a 20% chance to spawn. As of testing, all dimensions work, the world looks good, and villages are nice and rare as they should be.
