The Deadlands

You awake on a deserted shoreline, you seem to remember drifting off into the ocean after your ship went down.  As far as you know, you are the only survivor, so you might as well do what you were employed to do: Survey the land and map it out.  But before that, you need to get a camp going.  While the land may look like a Tropical Paradise, you know there is more than meets the eye.  If there is one thing you have learned from Cartography, it's that you are never truly safe in unknown lands.

This [WIP] modpack comes with a fully customized Colored Lighting engine via Colored Lux (compatible with Optifine on NVIDIA GPUs!).  Shaders are not compatible with the [Full] version, as Shaders are not compatible with Colored Lux as of right now.  This modpack also comes with its own resource pack to add its own "Age of Exploration" theme to the overall visual and auditory experience.

The Deadlands [Full] comes with the Colored Lighting engine, as well as other cosmetic enhancements such as Realistic Item Drops and Dynamic Surroundings, among others.  This version is built with a GTX 1060 and 8GB Allocated RAM in mind.  Optifine is reccomended under the pack's custom configurations as Optifine is not fully compatible.

The Deadlands [Lite] is built with compatibility, performance, and videos in mind.  Thus it does not contain all of the bells, whistles, particles, and lighting as the [Full] version does.  This version is compatible with Shaders and is fully compatible with Optifine.
