Forge update to 43.2.23

Due to the oversight of the overpowered item drops, i would suggest removing items from players, or even a world
wipe. ( wipe is not required) is merely suggesting to server owners with players that might have game breaking items.

Config changes/fixes:
- Massive fixes with datapacks and configs for lootbundles giving out OP/Creative items.
- Lootbundles removed from the mob drop loot tables.
- Quest chapter fixes that are not completable.

Origin fixes:
- High Elf: Ability to not take fall damage at 6 blocks
- Necromancer: removed (due to glitches)

Removed mods:
- n/a

New Mods:
- Beautify ( hangin plants! and more!)
- Extreme sound muffler (added because the nether portals are annoying me lol)
- MapFrontiers ( Map off areas on journeymaps , maybe your friends house or a cool biome to remember!)
- Too Many Glyphs ( by popular demand - here you go! i was sold on the fact it had "Lay on Hands!" )
