Changed modpack to better reflect the intent from 1.12.2.

Added 

• MineColonies (by Raycoms) to replace Tektopia from 1.12.2.
• Nuclear Science (by aurilisdev) for better power generation

Removed

• Kobolds! (by Jusey1z) as they generated too rarely
• Blue Flame Burning (by LobsterJonn) as it was not really used
• Hunter illager (by bagu_chan500) as they generated too often, and are redundant due to enemies coming from Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks (by Iron431)
• Sky Tribes (by questdinosteve) as they generated too often and contained too little content
• Golems Are Friends Not Fodder (by LobsterJonn) 
• Large Ore Deposits (by EnderLanky) 
• The King of the Villagers (by ElvishNight)
