Just another update to the wall

In this update we have updated the mods that had updates, bumped the forge version needed, and also updated the in game manual to point to new links for the GitHub repo.

 

Known Issues:
While working on the AVP pack, we found that the default options where not working correctly. So to keep in aline with all the packs we are removing default options mod and will be waiting for another mod to update to use for shipping default options. Because of this, upgrading packs will over write your options file.
