Wax on Wax Off Release

In this update we have updated the mods that had updates, and also changed the versioning to show the Minecraft version first then mod pack. Will help when we release updated versions of the pack for new versions of the game.

Also added new manual entries for our new PAKs AVP and TEC. Yeah you should check those out too. Details in the in game manual.

Fixed a few issues that where found while beta testing the AVP PAK.

Added same loading screen music as AVP

Known Issues
While working on the AVP pack, we found that the default options where not working correctly. So to keep in aline with all the packs we are removing default options mod and will be waiting for another mod to update to use for shipping default options. Because of this, upgrading packs will over write your options file.
