Ma Essentials (Caused unintended behaviour in some instances)

Tweaked:

Wall-Jump! (Enchantments are not available from the enchanting table, to balance with the Booflo Vest)
Total Darkness (Nether and End is not as dark as in the previous alpha)
Waystones (Now only spawn in Towers)

Ma Enchants (Removed duplicate enchantments found with the Booflo Vest and the "Step" mod)
