More Tech!

Yasmin and Fehrik on #the_water_cooler on @airaplaysgames via Discord requested some mods to improve the tech and basic autocrafting. I’ve settled on ComputerCraft, RfTools, and Environmental Tech to satisfy those wants and needs. You should gain at least three new power generating methods one of which is solar in nature.
