Sky Frogs

The dye frogs promised in v1.8.0 are actually reachable now.

Fixed

• The Rainbow Slime can be made now. v1.8.0 said frogs make dye, and they did not: there was no way to get a Rainbow Slime in the first place. The only recipe for one was the Froglight smelt-back, which wants the Rainbow Froglight you would have needed the slime to produce. Productive Frogs' own answer is to show a dye to a wild Bog Slime, but this pack spawns Cave Slimes and nothing else, and priming refuses a slime of the wrong species, so that path was never open here. It now takes a dye in the Dissolution Chamber, the same way the Experience Slime takes a book. Reported by monkeyhealz.
• The check that was supposed to catch that now covers every slime. A validator has guarded against exactly this loop since #167, but it only looked at slimes belonging to another mod. The Rainbow Slime belongs to no mod and is not primed by a plain item either, so it fell out of the guard without a word, which is the same reason it went missing from both Completionist chapters when it arrived. The guard now asks whether a slime ships in the pack at all, and fails on any that has no way to be made.
