Create Backtanks: Added createbacktanks.js to strip Create Backtanks recipes/items from recipe viewers, and removed the now-obsolete netherite backtank smithing recipe JSON, its to remove the backtank tiers but keep the higher capacity on netherite Backtank.
Create Goggles: Added creategoggles.js to hide placeable goggle items from recipe viewers.
JEI Collapsible Groups: Updated Ars Nouveau glyph tier groupings; added new collapsible groups for Create Ore Excavation: Veins, Mixed: Effects, and Mixed: Fluids to clean up JEI/REI listings.
JEI Sort Order: Refreshed ingredient list and recipe category sort order to account for the mod list changes above.
