Shamblecraftian Lemons is a custom Forge-based modpack centered around the Create mod, with some other tweaks of the purposes of improving gameplay, quality of life and reducing lag both server- and clientside. The modpack is required to play on the modded server of the Shamblecraft community (aka. Shamblecraftian Lemons).
The purpose of the modpack is to allow people to building factories with basis in the functionality of the Create Mod, but with the addition of several convenience mods to make the multiplayer and performance aspect of the game work better. For a full list of included mods and their functionality, see below:
- Create & Create+ - automating, processing, and moving items using moving parts in big factories.
- JEI - look up recipes for all the modded blocks.
- FTB Teams & FTB Chunks - able to claim chunks on multiplayer servers so strangers cant take your items, together with your friend
- Pipez - moving items with pipes in slightly less intensive ways than the conveyors included in the original Create Mod for performance improvements.
- Clumps - clumps experience / XP orbs together to reduce strain and lag both client- and serverside.
- Iron Chests - allows larger storage options to be able to deal with the create block productions.
- Smooth Boot (Reloaded) - smoothing out the launch of the game and modpack to diminish spikes in CPU usage on boot and reduce crashes. This is to enable older and slower computers to connect to the server.
- Sophisticated Backpacks - easier storage for players.
- Storage Drawers - easier storage for players.
- Decorative Blocks - what it says on the tin.
- Iron Furnaces - better and faster furnaces.
The pack also includes all dependencies of the above. The download itself is a call list that tells the loader which mods to get / install.
