Reverted from previous update:

- Immersive Engineering Hammer/Wire Cutter in Item Repairer.

(Turns out this doesn't work at all and can crash your game due to a strange graphical interaction!)

Requested change that I can't do:

- XLFoodMod seeds in the Immersive Engineering Cloche

(Sorry, folks. I don't have a way to do this. And if there's a compatability mod between the two, I don't know it.)

Fixes and Updates:

- Added the Actually Additions knife and Applied Energistics 2 Cutting Knives to the Item Repairer
- Fully oredicted all Redstone Paste mod recipes
- Added Cooking for Block heads and Xnet books to the Bookshelf Chest
- Changed Nether Brick Fence recipe to match vanilla fence recipes (and also fix a recipe conflict)
- Updated the AA Fluid Collector recipe (no longer needs an Auto-Breaker)
- Changed Immersive Petroleum Oil Reservoirs to be functionally infinite
- Changed Immersive Engineering Mineral Veins to be functionally infinite

(The last two may be slightly controversial - however, other fuel sources and automated ore production methods do not run out, and I see no reason why these should be outclassed in such a way.)

- Added missing ores to the AS Mineralis Recipe, the AA Mining Lens, and the Botania Orechid

(Note: You may see nether quartz and surface quartz spawn interchangeably in this. Yes, I can fix it. I'm not going to. I apologize if this breaks your immersion for our dear blocky modded game.)

- Removed Frogs and Stonelings

(So, it turns out one of the major causes of lag is, pure and simple, Quark mobs. Specifically, frogs. Frogs appear... a lot. I've cleared frogs out of the BrewCord Community Server numberous times, and culled literally thousands. They are spawning both on their own, and as baby frogs in the hands of stonelings. They need to go, for the sake of server performance. Please press F to pay respects to the Stonelings, who are murdered for the sins of frogs.

And before you ask, disabling stonelings totally removes them, and the Heart of Diamond. I cannot make a recipe to allow you to continue to make tame stonelings.)
