SergeCraft 2

This is a fairly large update today, as such, we're moving to version 2.1: The Server Friendly Update. 

Added:
- Born in a Barn
- Lapis Stays in Enchanting Table
- Bad Wither No Cookie
- No Night Vision Flashing
- Ding
- McJtyLib
- XNet
- CoFH: Vanilla+ Satchels

Notes: The first five of those are things that should have been in the pack all along, and I simply forgot. Adding Satchels is because it seems Traveler's Sacks can sometimes delete contents, and as they're not expandable, they're of limited utility... Satchels are a better solution without going too crazy. And finally, XNet (along with McJtyLib) is added because it turns out Immersive Engineering wire connectors for power are... not good for servers in mass quantity. This will allow servers to use a less laggy transport option for, well, everything.

Fixes:
- Look at the sky.
- Fixed some splash texts.
- Fir planks can now make pressure plates.
- Also Fir planks can now be converted to Jungle Wood Planks.
- Added a bunch of things to the Actually Additions Item Repairer (Tinker's tools, IE tools).
- Disabled the recipes for the Actually Additions Auto-Breaker, Ranged Breaker, and Phantom Breaker. If you are using these, please remove them and find another method to auto-break blocks.
- Did a config tweak to hopefully make chunk loading/generation slightly less CPU intensive. Results not guaranteed.
- Mob Bags now use Ender Pearls instead of Ghast Tears to craft.
- Disabled Quark's Automatic Tool Restock - it might be activating at the same time as Inventory Tweak's and causing problems.
- Added a simple recipe for blank Constellation Paper. This is largely aimed at servers, where it can be hard to find the papers.
