RotN: BPG Edition

What's new
This is the 1.0.4 Big Balance update mentioned in the RotN Discord and on here in the description for a month. There has been a lot of changes made to BPG Edition so please carefully read the patch notes, before you ask something about it. Because the changes are too big for me to simply put on here for you to read, I have once again put it on a Google Docs for you to view similar to 1.0.3. Enjoy!
PLEASE read the patch notes properly! Don't just skim it and then complain to me later. If you have any questions regarding 1.0.4, please let me know on Discord, DMs, or comments.

The Server Pack will be available for this version tomorrow(08/22/2020) after doing some multiplayer tests.
