Balance changes: Reduced spawn of When Dungeons arise Dungeons and removed blimps as there were issues with them spawning properly - only the ladders were spawning. Mild tweak to Minecolony productive rates on speed to make things a bit faster. Also increased research speed by 2x.

Quest Fixes: Fixed main visit all dimensions quest: one flipped dependency, now grants epic reward.
