i do replace the current settings with new ones, i do this to avoid resource packs breaking but this should be the last resource pack change for a while. 

1.19: 

Added race rings and other items from rlcraft over, I did also remove most of the other accessories/items that come along with it because i like the ice and fire ones. But you can now find all race rings inside the lost cities and the healing flasks specifically got their recipes changed. 

More performance tweaks have been made to the pack, alongside this I removed the loading screen that caused multiplayer problems 

Tweaked the dealer's prices, most of the items inside will cost less now, also made the quest book dark mode. and gave the EMI hud a better look 

Mobs got a nerf, they can no longer equip any ignitium or mobz armor set pieces. 
wither got a buff and the behavior is different. 

Removed extra curio slots (like 2 talents > 1) 

Disabled the dread ice and fire structure that spawns in the snow
