Restless Horizons

Made the repairable knowledge book accessible after defeating the swampjaw
Repairable is a weaker version of mending i believe. 

Removed true invis, charged and nerfed hastened and echoing strikes inside spell books 

Removed realm RPG, creep and crop cause it's whack 
Wither got updated with a new mod which will make it a bit more difficult

Malice and Mischief bosses got buffed. 

Next, armor set bonuses got a mini rework: 

**Iron armor:**
5% increase to damage and movement speed 

**Ebonlord **
(temporary) Immunity to mowzie frozen
Immunity to temperature effects 
Creative flight 
Inflicts broken armor 

**Netherite**
Wither resistance 
Inflict wither 2 on attacks 
Fire resistance 

**Diamond** 
10% to movement speed on top of the previous attributes 
Also gets diamond skin now which increases armor toughness 

**life armor**

Regen 1 

**umbrium armor** 

Deal feeble to enemies 
minecraft:jump_boost  2

Recipes:
Reworked the enchanting table recipe
Reworked poison ring recipe 
Added a recipe for vampiric gloves
Reworked recipe for the enchanted medkit

Quest book:
Added a leveling milestone rewards chapter with saucy rewards up to level 25. 
Added a sea serpent quest to reward you with 2 purple sea serpent scales. 
Price changes for the dealer

Difficulty scaling:
Malicious now contains expert mode items too
