- Fixed several more quests having toasts when they shouldn't

[Dev Notes]
I'm renaming mod changes to content changes since changes may also affect resource packs and shaders. Subtle Effects has an update, but it currently crashes the game, so the update will be ignored. Complementary Shaders also has an update, but I am also ignoring it for now due to the huge amount of changes. I will update it later and do some proper testing. I try to remove toasts for quests that use advancements, but it seems I've missed a pretty large amount. There might be even more that are like this, I just haven't found them yet.
