Boss Quest Overhaul + Create Frenzy

[Content Changes]

[Config Changes]

- Set the music to obey music volume (essentially it is now controlled by the music volume setting in game)

- Buffed the Caelestis again
~Difficulty Enhancement~
- Removed all immunities and resets when/after selecting difficulty
- Difficulties now affect Vanilla bosses

[Quest Changes]
- Overhauled the descriptions of all boss quests
- Added a quest for Alex's Mobs and Caves to the Champion's Chronicles questline
- Changed the requirement of all Blue Skies bosses to their related achievement rather than killing them
- Changed the name of General Master to Magic Master
- Halved the amount of enigmatic dice and chance cubes rewarded from master quests
- Drastically increased the amount of money rewarded by the Grandmaster quest
- Removed the Legendary Blade reward from some quests
- Removed the Mekanism Placeholder Quest

[Fixes]
- Fixed the fact you could claim the Qliphoth Awakening Master quest without killing Geburah
- Fixed The Harbinger being marked as ULTIMATE in the Cataclysm Master quest
- Fixed spelling errors in the quests regarding the Forsaken
- Fixed the "Check These Out" quest mentioning Punchy despite it not being in the pack
- Fixed some money amounts in Master quests being incorrect

[Dev Notes]
This update ended up being a lot larger than anticipated, many Create addons have been added. Dungeon Now Loading has had some large changes as well, but most of them require finding new versions of the Labyrinth and Duality Temple. Next update will add thermal, then that should be all the additional content needed for the pack. I also plan on nerfing or removing many of the trinkets currently available due to being too overpowered I just haven't found which ones are contributing to such obscene power yet. I have decided against mekanism and am going to lean more towards create automation with some thermal options. I plan on an automation overhaul for the update after if I can figure out how I can do it.
Extra note; this may be one of the last updates on the pack. I know I am ending it early here, but I am likely going to start a new pack in 1.21.1. The version is much more developed than I expected it to be, and I want to see if I can make an even better pack there.
