Almost Vanilla
This is mostly a vanilla Minecraft experience. But with some quality of life changes.
It enhances Minecraft without changing to mutch about it.
Can I use Optifine with this?
Short answer is no, the modpack uses Sodium witch is not compatible with Optifine.
There is however some mods in this pack that tries to replace some of the Optifine things.
