2020 bugfix update!

- Removed CraftPresence due to crash (the server it connected to is gone anyway)
- Disabled the default info popup on spawn.
- Corrected a command block issue that prevented the nether portal and chest from spawning in the skyblock map. As a result, the portal now takes a while to load in. It'll be there by the time you swim down.
- You now need to create an FTB team in singleplayer, as the automatic team was preventing the nether portal and chest from spawning with cheats enabled (for some reason).
- Ran a cleanup on the config directory to get rid of some stale data.
- Updated mods due to old versions that weren't available anymore:
Structurize
Logistics Pipes
/dank/null (and p455w0rd's Library)
CustomNPCs
CoFH Core
- Updated RetroBees as the previous version didn't work on a server.
- Removed Super Sound Muffler (defunct)
