Other changes
* The stack sizes of most items have been quadrupled.
* The day-night cycle lasts twice as long, and beds don't skip the night.
* Chat messages are limited to a 150-block radius.
* Some of the default options have been changed:
* auto-jump and bobbing off
* advanced tooltips on
* smooth lighting to minimum
* brightness to bright
* max fps to unlimited
* sensitivity to 150%
* drop rebound to Y

Temporary notes for playing on a server for 0.04α: currently, Evolving's Weapon Lubricants crashes on a dedicated server, so it must be disabled.
