+fixed a repeatable HQM quest and changed the second rune of pride to envy

+reset rftools dimlet rf usage

+updated mekanism, Galacticraft, Ender io addons, immersive engineering, and nuclearcraft

+made Nuclearcraft on par with Big reactors (hopefully)

+withers may kill you now more often when the wither itself dies

+fixed crafting issue with ex nihilo and erebus aluminium/aluminum when turning them into block form

+changed recipe for the staff of animation or whatever its called.

+added solarflux panel tier 11 (or 10 in the config)

+Big Reactors consume slightly less fuel

+added emc values to some items

+Infused Zivicio armor is now craftable

Maybe some other stuff that i may have forgotten

solenoids- I've figured out a way to install it. Use the open source launcher MultiMC. Create a 1.7.10 instance, go into edit and under "Version", click "Install Forge". Install the appropriate forge version (manifest.json has the right forge version).
