New passives for mage skill tree (fixes the summoning issues when play mage)

Enchants should finally be fixed, no more horse armor enchants on swords

Skelewag sword is now expert mode only, sussy sickle removed and obsidian armor is now the same as the phoenix one (same stats and passive)

Rice from doggy's talent is now obtainable

Greatsword now craftable for paladins

You can now respawn NPCs

Almost all Terra Curio are now obtainable through modded mobs or things like that

Misc tweaks of crashed and hopefully ticking error are fixed
