Fixed the Eevee, Breeding and Starter chapters so that it will in fact accept photos of either gender.

Removed the photos of the non-shiny variants of each UB from their respective reward, as the chapter rewards are now dependent on the completion of everything, instead of needing the correct photos.

Quests: Condensed the existing Pixelmon Challenges into a section of it's own and re ordered quests.

Relocated the rewards for the completion of the Eevee, Unown an UB chapters to underneath the Pixelmon tab (renamed to Pixelmon Rewards) and made it so they require the 100% completion of their respective chapters.

Changed Rewards for each chapter:

Breeding: Lucky Egg, 3 Ranch Upgrades, 16 Cakes, $5000, Random Shiny Egg

Unown: 2 Master Balls, 1 GS Ball, Choice of Clear OR Tidal Bell, $25,000 and a Shiny Unown

Eevee: 64 Friend Balls, 1 Eevium Z, 1 Exp All, $500

Starters: Random Shiny, 64 Pokeballs, $250

Fossils: Random Shiny, 16 Fossil Displays, $250

Mystical: Random Microscopic Shiny, 1 Ilex Shrine, 5 Master Balls and $200,000

Legendaries: Random Level 100 Shiny, Random Perfect IV Pokemon, Random Pokerus Infected Pokemon, One of each Bird Shrine, Arc Chalice, Space Time Alter and $500,000.

Ultra Beasts: Random Ginormous Shiny, 2 Master Balls, 1 Orb and $100,000.
