Clarified and corrected dimension names in quests
Renamed JED planet to match Advanced rocketry.
removed "Nether", added New Advanced rocketry planet to substitute resolves issue with rockets on bedrock roof.
Resolved issue with steel rods, now there is only one rod to rule them all.
Fixed steel rod from metal press.
Added stargate crystals to loot tables.

Added mods: Ore Excavation (Should resolve issue with servers destroying containers when excavated but please just don't vein mine multiblocks or storage, it is a bad idea)


**SERVER OWNERS**
This update disables access to the Nether dimension, if players have things located there (god knows how, it was impossible to get inside) please be aware you will need to find some way to recover their things. This does not Delete or overwrite the dimension, simply adds a new dimension to replace it (-3)
