Clarified and corrected dimension names in quests
Renamed JED planet to match Advanced rocketry.
Removed "Nether", added New Advanced rocketry planet to substitute resolves issue with rockets on bedrock roof.
Resolved issue with steel rods, now there is only one rod to rule them all.
Fixed steel rod from metal press.
Added stargate crystals to loot tables.
