All relevant mods updated.
Changes:
Tweaked the drop rate of tree seedlings. They should drop less frequently now and by extension forests should grow themselves more slowly
All leaves behave the same way now (previously placed leaves and jungle floor leaves weren't passable)
I'm not sure how much more I'll be updating this, if at all. I do plan to release a 2.0 version sometime in the future that will require a world restart. Feel free to report bugs and I'll try and fix them.
