DISCLAIMER: This pack is still being developed. While world resets are unlikely to be required, there may be changes to balance, generated structures, ore generation, and biome generation.
You are a newly arrived pilgrim to the land of Catan. You must survive hostile bandits and roaming monsters, and build your own colony, hire soldiers to defend it, and discover the magic and technology of this strange new hex-shaped land. Visit traders for valuable goods and destroy bandit strongholds scattered over the world. Once your continent is secure, spread to the lands to the east and the west.
This pack is WIP while I play it through to develop balance. Ancient Warfare 2 let's you build siege engines and establish your own army, Minecolonies let's you start your own village, Immersive Engineering let's you build factories, and a multitude of magic mods allow you to become a powerful mage in several schools of magic.

Getting Started
Metals and charcoal are not obtained in the normal way.
Charcoal is made with charcoal pit or a coke oven
Your first metals are first obtained by cooking them in clay vessels from charcoal pit
Copper and tin can be obtained individually, or together in a 3:1 ratio to make bronze
With bronze you can make the bloomery hatch, or make the melting crucible and a heater from Foundry
The bloomery can smelt iron, and the melting crucible, when heated by a heater can melt any ore at 1.5x ingot production
The bloomery hatch only requires 4 bronze, but a foundry set up is much more useful
Attaching a spout to the crucible and placing a casting table below will allow you to cast ingots and plates
Clay can be made into bricks and hardened clay in the IE Kiln as well as the Charcoal Pit method.
