-Removed Optifine, as it was the source of many rendering bugs
-Installed Dynamic Lights (will hopefully be configured in 0.9.3A)
-Lowered the rate of snow village generation
-Nametags are now craftable and smeltable

-Meteors now take 60 minutes to crash rather than 45
-Lowered the rate of dragon roost generation
