Maybe I should’ve tried to kill something before releasing 4.5.0 as it glitched hard on Blood Magic! This version has been taken out. 

Had a request for Bad Wither No Cookie but it wasn’t compiled for 1.11.2 and the author hasn’t been active since September 1, 2016 but did release his code under MIT. I downloaded it and recompiled without any changes inside the 1.11.2 environment and it worked without a hitch, so I created a reloaded project on CurseForge and added it to the pack! That means Wither and Dragon attack sounds are localized and no longer server wide.
