This combination should be enjoyable by most players. As most mods are optional to use and can be learned one by one, even players who are new to modded Minecraft should have a good time, while veterans still have plenty of things to do, like building huge bases, factories or entire cities, create custom worlds even.

System Requirements:
May vary by individuals; In Testing, approximately 8 GB of Ram should be sufficient
I personally recommend using 10-12 GB, if possible
Reducing the render distance can ease system load drastically, especially in a progressed world
Playing on a server can severly reduce Client requirements
