Mekanism will provide most options to generate power, that can be used for other mods as well.

Tom's simple storage can simply be added to existing storage facilities. Be it Vanilla chests and barrels or even the Storage Drawers (Drawer Controller recommended). No need to move things around, just plug and play use.

While featuring the same options as Tom's simple storage, it goes a step beyond and allows to store thousands of items in a single block, automatically craft items as needed and potentially more. This one however requires energy to function.
