The Combat Update!

Decided its time to revamp the combat system and make the game feel better with all the threats you will be facing.

Tweaked some configs, lowering starting HP and buffing low enemy stats... in testing with the group last night we felt a bit too powerful and needed to increase the threat level a bit. Stat balancing will be ongoing.

No mods removed this time, but 26 new ones are here! :D
