Performance update, along critical fixes and tweaks

Added

• Item Clear | M.E (replaces the datapack and allows for easier configuration)

• Chloride (does nothing, pointed by a modder)
• Accelerated Rendering (same here, + could be the cause of many crashes)

• Blacklisted a Confluence item that shouldn't be obtainable but could be obtained through RandomOre
• What Changed's list's scrollbar can now be dragged with the mouse
• Further Improved loading times (Smooth Loading Screens)
• Rebound "Show Default Tooltips" to Ctrl as a temporary workaround until Cleaner Tooltips allows detailed tooltips (e.g. jewelry information) to appear by holding Shift alone, without needing Ctrl as well

Notable Fixes

• Fixed the hotbar slot selection going out of bounds when scrolling the mouse wheel very quickly
• Fixed low FPS in @Relics’ research UI on some monitors and low-end PCs (caused by a fog shader) and when holding a huge amount of experience
