Initial Beta Release (update)

This is the initial beta release.  The mods in the pack are essentially locked in at this point.  There should not be major changes to the mod list moving forward baring some unforeseen issue with the chosen mods.  Now begins the process of recipe tweaking and quest design.  Beta 0.6.3 should come next week and will include most of the early game progression changes and early game mod quests for Tutorial mode.  

I've opened up the issues page on the Curseforge project page.  If you opt to help me during the beta testing by playing the pack at this point,  understand there will be significant changes to the default recipes currently in the pack.  Mods like Overloaded and Avaritia will be heavily gated, and more balanced mods such as the core tech mods like Mekansim will still be included in the progression based recipes. 

Taking a development path that freezes the addition of new mods and only updates bug fixes for existing mods moving forward, allows testers to build without expecting world resets as we progress with the future development of the pack progression and quests.  I don't plan on needing them and will do what I can to avoid them completely.  In the end this is still Beta so I'll say something that will get repeated in many changelogs moving forward.  That all being said this next couple of weeks or so are a bit iffy since some major mods hit the scene just before I released this update..  Backup your saves before upgrading or use a new profile and copy them.
