Updated the Following Mods:

• Double Doors
• Sophisticated Backpacks

Some notes on the update:

• All of macaw's doors and trapdoors can be made by putting doors in a Sawmill, with the exception of some non-variant doors/trapdoors
• Some of the more modern Macaw's Doors/Trapdoors are not accessible due to theme conflicts
• Another Furniture has had the Stools (not Tall Stools), Shutter, and Service Bell removed
• Vein Mining Exploit has been patched
• Anvil enchanting has been made cheaper
• You can open a backpack by just hovering over it in your inventory and pressing B
• Golden Bananas are now always edible
