Moonhaven

A cozy survival modpack Vanilla at heart, with nights worth talking about: on random nights a Blood Moon, a Holy Moon or a Harvest Moon rises over your world. In between there is time to farm, build, explore and travel together.

Moonhaven is built around Zora's Additions, so everything still looks and feels like Minecraft, just with more to do and less grind.

Nights worth talking about

• Blood Moon: more and stronger monsters, no creepers, extra loot and double experience. No sleeping, so you have to make it to dawn.
• Holy Moon: a peaceful night. No monsters spawn naturally, and the moonlight slowly heals you.
• Harvest Moon: crops near players grow twice as fast, and every harvest brings in more.

A warning comes at sunset, and a boss bar shows how much of the night is left.

Play together

• Lodestone waypoints: name a lodestone, discover it, and travel between your waypoints. Friends in your boat and animals on your lead come along.
• 78 achievements and titles: extra advancements in 7 tabs, announced in chat. Wear your favorite one as a title next to your name in the tab list.
• Small things that make a server feel like home: sit on stairs and slabs, double doors, AFK tags, death coordinates, backpacks made from shulker boxes.

Less grind, more fun

• Harvesting: right-click ripe crops to harvest and replant them, or sneak to harvest the whole field.
• Mining and woodcutting: VeinMiner mines whole ore veins, and Tree Harvester fells whole trees.
• Enchanting: 11 new enchantments, Fortune and Unbreaking V, an anvil that is never "Too Expensive", grindstone disenchanting, and a shared enchantment library for the whole group.
• Repairs: Quick Mending repairs your gear with the experience you already have.
• Everyday helpers: stacks refill themselves while you build, villagers keep trading, campfires heal you, and elytra take off easily.

A world worth exploring

• Terralith for new biomes, and Dungeons and Taverns for new places to find.
• Xaero's Minimap and World Map, so nobody gets lost.

Handy extras

• Chest Finder (G): remembers what is in every chest you opened and shows you where your items are.
• Light Overlay (F7): shows where monsters can spawn.
• Jade, AppleSkin, Enchantment Descriptions: see what you are looking at, what food is worth, and what an enchantment does.
• Inventory comfort: Mouse Tweaks, inventory sorting, Searchables and Controlling.

Looks and runs great

Sodium, ImmediatelyFast, FerriteCore, and Dynamic FPS keep it smooth even on modest PCs. Iris lets you add a shader pack if you like. Dynamic lights, ambient sounds, and Sound Physics Remastered make the world feel alive.

Playing on a server

Moonhaven was made for a server. Zora's Additions, VeinMiner and the other gameplay mods run on the server, and players who join with the modpack get every client extra on top.

Languages

Zora's Additions speaks English and German, and gives every player its messages in their own game language (more languages might follow).
