Modified Cobblemon v3.5

TLDR/ Quick Notes about the Update:

- **Cobblemon breeding** (with the pasture blocks) & botany pots support!

- Fixed many Crashes and issues with the resource/datapacks - also no more overlapping effect icons!

- Perfect IVs are now set to total capture instead of streak - see here for the values including the shiny bonus.

- You can now shift-right click to give items to other players safely, without worry of the auto-item clear.

- Fixed type-based catching quests not tracking properly. (FTB Quests)

- Fixed issues with the current Resourcepacks, - Added back missing models.

- Added more accurate spawns in the Regional Unexplored biomes, many more to come with v4.

- Added Botany pots support for all apricons, and most new medicine items/berries.

- Added music during battles, does not replace the minecraft music like the old datapack from 1.19.

- [EC/cobblemon integration] Lunar event variants (eevee) can now be evolved during super moons.

- Disabled True Darkness / Tweaked many video settings & Default Embeddium Options. / No more fullscreen & darkmode on launch.

- Fixed Crashes regarding Tesselating block model / connected textures & more crashes/issues with The Aether.

- Still waiting on some create addons to update so we can use the latest version.. currently running 0.5.1e
