Added Performance mods to decrease load times & fixed many issues regarding lag.

Removed several large mods not really needed for cobblemon (Twilight forest, simple swords, etc)

Added option to choose all starters, some models pending with the release of 1.20. (Gen 2,3, 9 etc.)

Updated all mods & datapacks... future updates will just be fixes - more content will come with the release of cobblemon 1.4 / on minecraft 1.20.
